Spar, all within less than 5 min walk.) cafes, restaurants, beauty & hair salons & more. The new efficient Glider stops at the end of the street and is 10/15min journey to City centre and 5 mins to Ulster Hospital(dependant on time of day) There is on-street parking available.
Although smokers are welcome, it is not permitted to smoke inside the house.

With immediate links to city centre transport, Central Train Station and George Best City Airport; the property is convenient for travel and commuting to City Centre or surrounding areas.
