Looking for someone to take over my contract in the new Queen's Accommodation at BT1. This building requires that you are a student at Queen's University.
The room features an ensuite, large-single bed (slightly narrower than a double), length desk, drawers, under-bed storage, and built-in wardrobe. The kitchen features 2 large fridges/freezers, 2 hobs with ovens, 2 sinks, common area with television, and microwave to be shared between 4 other students.
Cleaning of common areas is provided.
24 hour security and reception for deliveries, along with a built in gym (in addition to off-peak membership at the PEC) is provided within the building. Weekly events including grocery bus trips and a daily (free) coffee bar in the common area downstairs. Computer room and quiet rooms available to use.
