Bright, airy double room to rent in a 2 bed terraced house. You'd be sharing with a live in landlady and I'm rarely there as I travel for work, so you'd have the entire house to yourself the majority of the time!
Heating was converted to gas late last year and a new bathroom installed. The bedroom has floor to ceiling mirrored built-in wardrobes so there is a lot of storage space in the room. The house benefits from a separate utility room, has on street parking and is located on a quiet street. It's close to shops, cafes and the post office etc. There is a bus stop at the top of the street as well, so very handy to get in and out of town.
The house is really beautiful and cosy.
Work and previous tenancy references will be required. I'm flexible on contract length. The rent would be slightly higher if renting to a couple.
