The house is in an ideal location in East Belfast, 10 minute drive to the city centre with plenty of public transport available within walking distance also.
Connswater retail park and Holywood exchange are less than a five minutes drive and the house is a 2 minute walk from the lovely Belmont road. I have loved living here for the past year, the house is an absolute gem.
House details- double room, spacious shared living/dining/kitchen area, working open fire, washer, dryer, dishwasher, gas fired heating, double glazed, super fast fibre broadband.
Bills vary each month- gas/electric will be higher in winter and are split 50/50.
I am looking for someone who is easy going and independent, can pay bills on time and would have no issues going through a vetting process at the request of the landlord/estate agents.
This house is in a quiet area and not a party house as elderly neighbours on either side.
