Based in Sydenham, just off the Newtownards Road, there’s a nice double room available from the beginning of November 2021 in a large, gorgeous house. 1 housemate.

The house has:

•Court-garden out back and entrance to back lane
•Third small bedroom that has a cot-bed, usable for short term guests and storage.

•Two living rooms
•Washing machine & dryer

-Boots, Tesco and food/alcohol stops

-Ormeau Park
-Gllider stop (5min)
-Train station (10min)

Current flatmate is 23, laid back, openly trans & dating a woman, a smoker and a musician (but still generally quiet) who works in the day time. Cool with animals, noise, guests, smoking (outside). Bills are about 50 per month for gas/electricity/broadband but may vary in Winter months. Ideally looking for someone who is equally as laid back, reliable with rent and communicative about domestic issues when necessary. LGBTQ+ people and Allies preferred please. Contact for photos.
