Bathroom, living room and kitchen will be shared with me. I'm living here on my own at the moment and all appliances, furniture, cutlery, pans, etc are available for use.
High speed broadband is included in the price. Electricity and heating to pay as per consumption.
There is parking off-road, you can even leave a cone as to keep it reserved. Train/bus station is only 3 minutes walking and so is the City Centre.
I work from home and so I'm here most of the time. I would like to find a tidy and easy-going person, which can hold a conversation but also appreciates privacy.
I am originally from Spain and have lived in Belfast for more than 5 years.
