We want you to feel safe and comfortable in your Student Roost home, and we appreciate that wear and tear can happen throughout the year. If you need to report any maintenance or repair work within your flat, you can do this by contacting the reception team. Our on-site maintenance team will visit your flat and resolve any issues you have reported. 
During busier times, maintenance will be completed on a priority basis, but we will always aim to resolve your request as quickly as possible. Wear and tear maintenance work is included within your rental cost, however if an item has been damaged intentionally, or due to neglect, resident(s) may be asked to cover the cost of a replacement or the relevant works.  
Contents Insurance

You have contents insurance included with your rental cost. This is provided through our partners Endsleigh insurance. You can download your cover information and certificate from the Documents section of your online account. We also recommend that you confirm your cover, so you know exactly what’s included. You can do this here.

Post & Parcel Collection

Letters and smaller parcel items will be delivered directly to your flat’s post box, which you will be able to access throughout your stay. For anything that requires a signature, or is too large for your post box, this will be delivered to reception. The property team will process your parcel and you will receive an email when this is ready to collect. You will also require photo ID to collect a parcel from reception.
If you are ordering anything perishable, e. g. plants or food, we are unable to accept these at reception so please ensure that you collect these directly from the delivery driver.
Our Facilities

Communal Spaces

We have a beautiful communal space for you and your neighbours to enjoy. Relax in front of the television in our comfortable communal living area, located next to the reception for your convenience. All communal spaces are free for you and your neighbours to use. All we ask is that you look after these spaces and keep them clean and welcoming for everyone to enjoy.
Laundry Facilties

You have access to our 24 hour laundry facilities during your stay. These are provided by our partner Circuit Laundry. The easiest way to manage your laundry is by downloading the Circuit Laundry app, where you can make payment, monitor your washing and be notified of when a machine becomes available during busier times.
