Wifi is £10.50/month pp, electric roughly £30/month pp. gas is roughly £50/pp if heating is on, rest of showers are gas powered. Shared kitchen/living area. Small balcony. Room is available from 8th of June to 8th August 2025, but can be made available from the 3rd of June if needed. There is private gated parking available for £30/month extra. This is a sublet for 2 months. Living with two other guys, both working as engineers. There is another room with ensuite available for the same period, check separate ad (same title).
