A lovely double room is available in a clean, relaxed house in East Belfast. Great location with easy access to Forestside, Belmont and Ballyhackamore, plus excellent transport links — the bus stop at the bottom of the street takes you straight into the city centre.

The home includes a cosy living room, a separate dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. It’s warm and comfortable with gas central heating, and Wi-Fi is provided.

Gas and electricity bills are split between housemates.

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy, and considerate person — someone who values their own space but also enjoys an occasional chat, movie night, or glass of wine. This isn’t a party house; I work long hours and like to keep things calm and relaxed. Trustworthiness is very important.
