Looking for professional non smokers working full time to share with 3 friendly, considerate housemates & 2 lab cross doggies (7 & 8years old) they are pretty quiet until someone comes to the door but so so friendly!

Gas heating & Virgin high speed fiber optic internet, cleaner attends every 2 weeks.
All bills split equally between however many housemates in residence.

Quiet residential area no through traffic. Great transport links to the city centre, outer ring, Stockmans lane & Lisburn.
Bus stop at entrance to estate.

10 minute walk to the lagan towpath, only a few minutes drive to same along with Sir Thomas & Lady Dixon park & Mary Peters track!
