1 large double bedroom with shared bathroom available from 7th March 2024. It comes furnished. Situated in the Mill Valley Development, Belfast, BT14.

Bills are all included in the price. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Polite, friendly, professional men rent the other rooms.

Large communal L shaped kitchen/diner with large dining table and 6 chairs, separate living room and a garden to the rear.

There is on and off street car parking available.

There are shops, a PO, bus stop, GP and bar/restaurant at the entrance to the development. Buses run to Belfast every 15 mins from 6am - 11pm daily. Belfast city centre is less than 2 miles away. Both the Royal Victoria Hospital and the Mater Hospital are a 5 minute drive, so easily accessible to hospital staff. The Mater hospital is on the bus route.

The current housemates are neat, tidy and respectful. 1 only stays a 1 or 2 days a week.

Communal areas are cleaned including the communal bathrooms, every 2 weeks.

I'm afraid there is no smoking in the property, no pets and no parties. Respect for others is really important.

The room is single occupancy only.
