We have a very spacious room for rent in highly sought after queens area.
The property is a 1-minute walk from Queens McClay library, a 2-minute walk from botanic, and 15 seconds from the famous Spar shops in the holylands.

Property is available from 01/08/19.
The property features central heating, fast wifi, full equipped kitchen, large double bed, and a spacious room with a lock for security.

We are 2 professionals and 1 student seeking male or female roommate. Internet is £7.50 per month, both gas and electric bills are shared by all housemates and account for £5 per week. Viewing is highly recommended

We are all easy going people, honestly, don't mind who you are or where you come from. As long as you are clean, respectful and pay the bills when asked.

Apart from that, we are looking for a like-minded roommate, someone who likes to socialise and is generally open-minded. Whatever your preference is, we don't mind.

We all have previous experience with mixed shared flats and all the boundaries that come with it. You will be respected if you respect everyone else.

If accepted, Rent and deposit will be mandatory, aswell as application fee for tenancy agreement (£50)
