I’m Rachel a very young at heart professional in my early 40’s. I am looking for someone to who is looking for a weekday (Mon-Thurs inclusive) base in Belfast.
I am currently looking at two bed houses in the Stranmillis area so thought this could suit a post grad who needs a bit of peace and quiet during the week to study close to Queens.
I like to have fun at the weekend but am looking for a quiet and relaxed time during the week, I am just looking for someone who is up for a chat every now, maybe share a bottle of wine if we’ve both had bad days but and then also wants their own privacy.
I work Mon-Fri 9-5 so am generally out of the house 9-6.
On what I’ve been looking at the monthly rent would be approx. £260 including bills this would be for Mon-Thurs inclusive.
I am looking at properties in Stranmillis (I have a viewing at one just opposite Cutters Wharf on Wednesday).
