I am a young student/professional looking for a flatmate. It is a double bedroom with a day bed which can be single or double, with plenty of storage. The house has a nice backyard and spacious open living space.
The house is in a nice neighbourhood only a 3 minute walk trains and buses with direct access to Belfast City Centre, Ulster University and Queen’s University. All shops and restaurants are easily accessible. There is also free and available parking throughout the area.
I will be living in the house for some time but I travel, work and study - so you will probably have the house mostly to yourself!
I am a pet owner of a friendly shih tzu. He is very quiet and loves people.
