Double room in super convenient location

This house is only 2bedroom house, suited in quiet residential area but only 5mins walk to big Tesco/McDonald’s/Cinema/restaurants/train/ bus station.

There is 1 main bathroom and 1 en-suite, meaning you will have the main bathroom to yourself only. You will have a fully furnitured nice and cozy bedroom with a brand new bed. There is large living room with brand new sofa and a modern spacious kitchen. There is brand new washing machine and tumble dryer available.

You will only be sharing the house with myself and my dog only. My dog Harper is wee rescue dog and already 3yrs old. She's a medium sized dog, super clean, super friendly, house/crate trained, never really barks. So I would prefer live with someone who is a dog lover :)

There are piano and guitars free to play for music lovers.

I work 9-5 and I am looking for someone that is with similar working time.
This is a super clean house so I would like someone who will always clean after themselves. No pile of dishes in the sink!!!!
Super fast Wi-Fi included. Electricity/Heating bill will be shared between 2 of us. I have just added extra insulation to the roof recently, so the house is comfortably warm.

£475/per month for Mon-Fri Let only
£550/per month for whole week
Room will be ready from 22 January. However earlier move in date may be possible as well.
