Double room available in 3 bedroom shared house in quiet rural area. Convenient to Lisburn, Belfast, Antrim, Lurgan, Portadown. Room includes bed and associated linens, towels, wardrobe and large chest of drawers. There are 2 bathrooms in the property which are shared. The price would include heating, electricity, unlimited broadband, basic sky package and Netflix subscription on shared tv. We have 2 small dogs so it is essential that anyone taking this room like dogs. There is off street parking and a car would be required as we are not within walking distance of train station. This room may be suitable for a couple on request at a higher price. No deposit is required, however renters are required to pay on the day they move in for either the month or week ahead as required.
