Double room, very big and spacious

One room is extremely big Double room, very warm and dry, fully furnished. Any extras - just ask!

Second room is decent size, but not too small, but with single bed. Plenty of room, furnished, can add a small table for studying if required. Just ask.

Very fast fibre broadband included in the price.
As 3 people gonna be living in the house, electricity & gas share bill (which isn’t big, around £40 per month on top of your rent)

Very good public transport (every 5 minutes)
Location is perfect, Abbet centre 2 minutes walk, all shops around.
Belfast city center 25 min with public transport, or 13 min with the car.
