I am a female professional in my 30's. I have a Double bedroom available to rent to a professiinal. The room is Furnished and has use to a bathroom which is rarely used by me as i have an ensuite. Broadband is available and use of the shared living room and kitchen is available. There is also parking available for the tennant. I have two dogs who have restricted access to the house in the form of sleeping in a crate in the kitchen at night and live outside during the day.
