Our spacious home backs onto Helen's Bay Golf course which incidentally welcomes visitors to its bar and restaurant! We also have a dog - a 2yr old Irish Doodle who is very friendly and enjoys company and quickly relaxes after getting to know you.

The beach and Crawfordsburn forest park are 300m away and the coastal path gives safe and easy cycling access to Bangor (3 miles) or Belfast (10 miles). (Peter commutes to Belfast mostly by bike or takes the train if the weather is really bad). The train station and bus stops are 5 minutes walk away giving access to Belfast (25mins) and George Best City Airport (20mins).

An off license, dentist, award winning health and beauty salon, and chemist are located in station square.

Your bedroom is large with a king size bed and loads of hanging and drawer space in a fitted mirrored wardrobe unit.
We can also provide a desk in the bedroom or the living room which is also for your exclusive use.
The private bathroom, whilst not en-suite, has a large walk-in shower, toilet and washbasin and is for exclusive use of the room.

The room is available from early September 2023, 7 days a week.

We are a professional married couple who work FT and are looking for a professional man or woman to share our home.

We enjoy socialising, fellowship and friends and family often drop in for coffee etc.

Our back garden is a natural suntrap and we enjoy summer BBQs!
