Double Ensuite Room to Let

Clean, comfortable, ensuite room, well furnished, with double bed and good storage. You would be sharing the house with other sensible, respectful adults who work full-time and expect peace and quiet....It is NOT a party house. It is in a beautiful country area on the outskirts of Newry, near Sheepbridge about an 8 minute drive to the City centre, so own transport would be required. There is easy access to the bypass, so no congestion getting to all parts of the City and places like the Hospital and Norbrook factories etc. There is a Park and Share and a Park and Ride at the Sheepbridge (about 2.5 miles from the house) for commuters to Belfast and Dublin. This room would be suitable for a single, professional person (visitors restricted to 2 nights per week maximum): anything more puts too much strain on shared facilities. There is a friendly household cat that comes and goes but doesn't bother anyone. Rent includes all bills and there is wifi and communal TV available. There is a nice garden too to sit out in in good weather and lovely walking routes around the area.
The more you are prepared to tell me about yourself when applying the better, because it helps me decide if you would fit in with the current household. I need to know things like, where you work and what hours, would you be working. Would you be wanting to bring friends round to stay and if so how often., etc. References, ID and previous address information, etc is required.
