House Share in Nice area

I am seeking a housemate in Conlig. It would be on a sub let basis (with permission from landlord).

Must be ok with a dog in the home as I have a pup here.

The room for rent would be freshly decorated as is currently in process, but you would need ur own bed and furniture as I do not have additional (I do have a spare single bed if it was needed for short term use).

The rest of the house has my own furniture/ utensils etc which I am more than happy to share. There's a nice front and back garden for barbecues etc in good weather.

Im 32 and work full time locally and ideally I am just looking for someone chilled to share my space with and help with the bills.

I enjoy a social gathering now and again, but I would always be respectful to anyone living with me as I work shifts myself. I am not looking for someone who wants to party every weekend post lockdown and who is relatively clean and tidy. I think my standards are normal lol.
