Hi, I’m Chris,

I'm a tidy, respectable young guy living in Billingham, Teesside and I have a double bedroom available, ideally someone; male or female; professional or student, 18-40 who’s tidy, to house share.

It’s a large room, about 11ft by 12ft, furnished with a double bed (with bedding if wanted), bedside cabinet, draws, wardrobe, computer desk and chair.

There’s also a TV available for the room if needed and the room also comes with both wireless and LAN internet.

Bond/deposit is £200 and the rent is £350 which includes; gas, electric, water, TV licence, council tax and broadband internet.

No smoking in the house (totally fine outside in the garden) and there’s parking available

Ideal place for someone working in Billingham (like Belasis Business Centre, Cowpen Industrial Estate or Wynyard Business Park etc..)

Stockton, Hartlepool and Middlesbrough are also easy to get to (bus stops, trains etc..)

(previous people who have lived here includes a student who traveled to Teesside Uni- Middlesbrough on the train and two work-placement students who walked to Belasis area)
