Very large light Double Room / Bedsit with double bed, seating, study areas plus New* kitchenette area. Built in wardrobe, TV, the seats can become a large single spare bed for visitor). Recently decorated and new floor laid. Egyptian cotton bedding. Large, well appointed shared bathroom, Cosy lounge with log burner. Your kitchenette includes a Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Induction Hob, Halogen oven, kettle, crockery and storage so you can make yourself simple meals. You are welcome to use the oven in main kitchen when needed and of course use washing machine x Shared Yarden with plants & hammock seats :-)
I am friendly, as are my pets: 1 dog and 2 cats, but also respectful of your privacy :-). Generally available as I mostly work from home.
Smoking, Drugs or Abuse are not tolerated.
The property is close to hospital and all town amenities inc buses and trains.
This was my daughters room, and as she would still like to come home occasionally for the odd week or two, this will suit students, hospital placements and short term lets x Lets of less then 2 months is £150 per week.
Couples standard rate is £150 per week
I have set max stay to one year, partly with my daughter in mind, but obs that can be reviewed.
All bills are included, electricity, gas, water, council tax and wifi including subscription to Amazon Prime and Netflx (you pay if you watch any films etc not included in the memberships) included in price :-)
