Double room with ensuite in Bowburn

I (28 yr old Female) am looking for someone to rent a spare room in my 3 bed detached house in Bowburn. It is a nice estate with a shop and garage walkable.

The house is a 45 min walk to the university main campus or city. There is also a regular bus route from just outside the house to the city centre regularly.

You would have your own bathroom and would be the soul tenant (the 3rd bedroom is my office). The bathroom has a bath/shower.

The room is fully furbished with a bed with storage, desk, wardrobe and draws (not pictured).

Ideally looking for a female. Ideally a working professional/ phd student/ post doc. Not looking for someone who works from home. I work at the university, but work from home 1 day a week.

You would have shared use of the sitting room, tv and wifi as well as the kitchen and garden. There is a garage with space in if things need storing. In the kitchen/ utility there is a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/ freezer.

There is plenty of off and on street parking on the estate.

Looking for someone tidy who will keep their things clean and respect the house. I have a bi weekly cleaner
