I have a lovely double room available on the outskirts of Durham. The house is situated in Brandon, a short 10 minute bus journey into town/uni- bus stop right outside.
The house is a big two bedroom property with gardens, parking, large communal areas, fully equipped with everything you would need. The room is spacious and fully furnished, space for a desk if required! The room has an awesome view too! I have a two attic spaces so plenty of room for storage etc!
I am the other tenant in the house, I am friendly, relaxed and easy to live with. I am a young professional working in finance, I am a pretty busy person but love spending time at home, cooking, chilling, reading etc. I keep the house nice and tidy :) In m spare time I go to the gym, spend time with family, play ladies football and enjoy the odd night out etc!
I am looking for someone to take the spare room who is easy going, loves a chat but enjoys their own space too!
