Double Room Available In Lovely Modern Home

Hi my names Andrew and I have a large double bedroom (Bedroom 2) with a shared bathroom in a brand new house available around the start/mid October. Apologies the date is a little hazy as my current house mate who has lived with me for the past 2years is waiting to move into his new house.
So a little bit about me I work away atm down in Liverpool building a new hospital and tend to come home every other weekend. Andy who has just moved in a month or so ago is a professional swimming coach within the Durham area. We are both 29 and very down to earth people, so looking for someone who can fit in with us. So if your looking for a lovely home and somewhere to relax then stop looking...you’ve found it!!

The bedroom is already kitted out with bedside tables and wardrobe etc. Currently there is no bed at present as Peter had his own. So if you have your own perfect. If not don’t worry we can come up with a plan.
Obviously there is full access to the house...my home is your home apart from my room, which I keep for myself when I come home.

The property is situation just on the edge of Chester-le-street, so it’s fantastic for community between Newcastle, Sunderland or Durham etc. Ignore the map and please refer to the picture for the actual location 🗺

We have a lovely garden to enjoy which I am currently doing up with veg patch and extra seating areas as well as bbq, darts and sky tv to enjoy!!!
