*PLEASE NOTE IN PICS THAT THE WALLS IN THE BEDROOM ARE WAITING TO BE PAINTED*
Hi,
this is a unique opportunity in that I am looking for a lodger for our 3 bedroom house, but in reality we only stay at the house 1 week a month, and for the rest of the time the house is solely occupied by the lodger.
My name is Francesco, I am a 42 years' old dad who comes to spend one week a month in Coxhoe with my daughter Fiamma, who is 5.
Fiamma has dust mite allergy so the house uniquely has no carpets but only hard floors (wood or tiles).
I am looking for a FEMALE lodger, most preferably a post grad or young professional, who can be respectful of occasionally having a child in the house.
otherwise, the house offers lovely big spaces, has been recently renovated - in fact the last touches are still ongoing! - and much improved in terms of insulation and energy efficiency, and a new kitchen. The house also have an amazing garden. Situated in a quiet area a short walk from the main bus route, it offers good public transport into Durham and car access to the A1
