We have car parking is available. We find it very peaceful and close to all local amentites. Within 1 minute walk is a bus stop (Buses a regulars to the town) 5 minutes fish & chips shop, newsagent, pizza. Within 20-30 minutes walk to the town center, 15-20 minutes walk to a railway station. The train station has regular trains to Bishop Auckland, Shildon, Saltburn, Catterick, York, Newcastle, Glasgow, Co. Durham and London etc.

**Rent**Your rent will include use of wireless internet. The rent includes all utilities including gas, electric, council tax and TV licence.

**The room**Your room is decorated. Your room already have pillows, bed sheet and bedding are provided. Your room also has drawers, wardrobe, TV. It is double glazed and has a radiator. *If you need any more information or just want to ask questions ask away. I am ideally looking for who will pay their rent on time and treats our home as their own (clean, tidy).
