We have car parking is available. We find it very peaceful and close to all local amentites. Within a 1 minute walk is a bus stop( Buses a regulars to the town), 10 minutes a railway station, 8 minutes post office, 5 minutes Chinese takeaway, fish & chips shop, newsagent, pizza and salon. Within 20-30 minutes walk is the town center. The train station has regular trains to Bishop Auckland, Shildon, Saltburn, Catterick, Glasgow, Co. Durham and London etc.

**The room**Your room is decorated. Your room already have pillows, bed sheet and bedding are provided. Your room also has drawers, wardrobe, TV. It is double glazed and has a radiator. *If you need any more information or just want to ask questions ask away. I am ideally looking for who will pay their rent on time and treats our home as their own (clean, tidy).
