I am looking for two tenants in a 3 bedroom house in Gilesgate as of 1 September 2019 (or earlier) for the next university year. Preferably I am looking for a PhD researcher, postdoc or professional that is planning on staying in Durham for a while.
The accommodation comprises: entrance hallway, lounge, kitchen/breakfast room, conservatory, 1 single room (study) and downstairs WC. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are doubles and a bathroom. Externally there is a paved area to the front and to the rear there is a small garden with some herbs. There is also a garage belonging to the property.
There is one double bedroom available and 2 single rooms (bedroom + study) to be rented together at £59 rent per week. This does not include internet, electricity, etc. These costs are covered by the tenants.
