Single Bedroom

I am a current tenant. I am leaving Durham sooner so I would like to find someone to take over this single bedroom. The original rental is 280 ppm (excludes bills), so if you are interested in it, the rent of this part is negotiable.

There is a PhD student and a post-doc living here. They are really nice, friendly, tidy and well-mannered persons.

The single room is at the first floor, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sky through the window. There is a table, a large wardrobe and a comfortable mattress. It is very quite so you can study here very well.

You can also enjoy a spacious living room, kitchen, one toilet downstairs and one bathroom with toilet.

The bills are excluded but the all of the bills are fixed and it is around 48 pounds per month. It is easy to pay bills and I can also help you with it.

The location is next to Tesco Extra, Iceland, Aldl, B&M, home bargains and et al. It will take around 3 mins bus or 7mins walk to those places. You can take 10 mins bus (64, S1 and 256) to the city center and 20-30 mins bus to Bill Bryson library, which is very convenient.

Students are available to buy one pound bus ticket.
