Rooms in small detached Cottage with garden DH6

Available December 1st. Nice house, quiet village. Green to the front. Small garden at the rear. Quirky old converted stable. Double room at the front down a couple of steps, and at the rear a triangular small box room that has another small box room attached., but it is all one.(office/walk in wardrobe) . Unfurnished at present. Photos will give you an idea but they are old photos and most of the furniture is/ will be different. Will update photos when present occupier leaves and house re decorated. . I will be living at the house, but rarely there. due to commitments elsewhere. I'm also a mature student taking a year out. I'm open to this being rented as the whole house on a short let also. Car needed due to its location. 4 mile to the city.. On road parking. small kitchen. One separate shower room. Electric, BB, Gas Included unless whole house let, but can be discussed. If single, and find someone on here to buddy up with that would be great. Please contact with any questions.
