I am moving out of my shared house so I'm looking for someone to replace me. It's a furnished double room with a large built in wardrobe. We also have a spare single room for storage - or guests when they're allowed! The house is a 10 minute walk to the city centre.
Main bathroom upstairs with good sized bath and separate w/c downstairs. Shared living room with sofa, tv and dining table. Fully equipped kitchen with WASHER DRYER.
Current housemates are two females doing masters degrees at Durham Uni. Very friendly and sociable, but house is usually quite peaceful. Looking for someone who will fit in nicely.
The room is available to move in anytime between now and January 31st and the lease runs until July 31st.
