I am a live-in owner and a mum of a young school student. I am looking for a female lodger for a short term.

Double room downstairs in 4 beds detached house with shared cloakroom and shared family bathroom and shared drive way.
Inclusive of all bills.

The room contains a bed and mattress, desk and chair, wardrobe, storage unit. Anti-bed bug as well as waterproof mattress protectors, electric heating blanket, beddings provided.
Semi-open planned living room, kitchen with breakfast bar and diner, utility. garage, garden, driveway, bathroom, and cloakroom.
Superfast broadband and Wi-Fi, large smart TV with Netflix.
Fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, electric clothing rail, iron and ironing board, handheld hoover, robot cleaner, all cutleries, and utensils, Tassimo coffee machine, rice cooker, hair dryer, etc.

You share the house with us as a housemate, and unlike other house shares, you would just need your own food, towels, bedding if you like, and personal belongings. Hairdryer, shampoo and other toiletries are provided.

Excellent location and quiet!
a couple of minutes walk to Durham hospital.
15minutes walk to Durham bus station.
20minutes walk to the city centre (cinema, gym, swimming, Wharton Park, Aykley Wood Nature Reserve, etc), and Durham University.
15 minutes walk to Co-op
7minutes walk to the train station.
2 minutes walk to the bus stop(Durham county hall) to Arnison centre(64), Newcastle(21, X21, etc), many more destinations.
Security System; Surveillance cameras, a video doorbell, and a fingerprint door lock.
