Lovely double room in Neville's Cross

There is a lovely double room available for rent in a big four-bed house in Neville's Cross (two mins away from Ustinov College). It is spacious, has lots of storage and a big window, and it's fully furnished. The rent is GBP 325 + bills (to be confirmed). The room will be available from mid September. We are looking specifically for a postdoc or professional to join us (although PhDs will also be considered). Please note Council Tax is band C.

In addition to the four bedrooms, the house has a large kitchen with a big dining table, a cozy living room with a TV, a bathroom with a shower and a downstairs toilet. It also has a garage and a backyard, which is ideal for summer gatherings. There is also a nicely kept conservatory with a couch and an armchair, and a renovated attic (which is now a spare room for guests), accessible from the first floor. Last but not least, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher and all sorts of kitchen devices.

We are three students at Durham University. Beatriz is a PhD student in English Literature (and a professional), Lydia is a PhD student in English Literature, and I am a PhD student in Translation Studies. We are friendly, clean, tidy and we are looking for a like-minded housemate.
