The house is a 6-bed, 3-bath in the Viaduct (£199 ppw including all bills), with a 20 minute walk to the Science Site and 10 minute walk to the city center. It's spacious and recently renovated, with the other tenants being second-year girls who are clean, friendly, and respectful.
