Large double room in Durham

Large, newly furnished double room available in a spacious 3-bedroom detached house.

The house is newly furnished throughout. It has two large reception rooms, shared Sky TV, wireless broadband, fully equipped kitchen, parking and a lovely sizeable garden which backs onto fields and woodland (fantastic view from your room!).

There are good bus routes and two public houses within walking distance, one of which is really good for Sunday lunch etc. It is well located for Durham City - takes 10 minutes by car. It is a lovely, friendly village to live in :)

I am a 33 year old Accountant (I don't live up to the stereotype though lol!) who is very sociable and laid back. I have a Border Collie dog but he is very well trained and usually so quiet you would not notice he is in the house :)

I spend a lot of the time out of the house pursuing my hobbies and/or socialising when I'm not at work. I am looking for a housemate who is easy going, considerate and tidy, and isn't averse to trekking down to the local for a few beers at the end of a hard day ;o)
