Beautiful Double Room

Recently refurbished to a high standard, my 3 bed house has a shared large bathroom, modern kitchen with built-in appliances, spacious lounge with freesat tv, fibre broadband, and a separate dining room. There's a lovely garden to sit out in too.

The available double bedroom is fully furnished including brand new double bed with luxury mattress and fitted wardrobes. Bedding and sheets can also be provided. However, it's fine if you want to bring your own things.

The house is situated in the peaceful area of Newton Hall, approximately 2 miles from Durham city centre and is ideal for a quick commute to the University Hospital, Durham University, train station, and the A1 motorway. Parking is available outside of the house on a quiet street. And the Arnison shopping centre is only a few minutes walk away.

I'm looking for a professional who needs accommodation for the working week, be it Mon-Fri or Sun-Thurs. Being laid back, clean and tidy is important. I also like a peaceful house and would prefer someone with a similar outlook.
