This luxury apartment is next to the Theatre, Leisure Centre, restaurants, shops and other facilities in the city. Three minutes walk from the Market Place. Would suit a visiting academic or professional person who needs short term accommodation. Must be a non smoker and housetrained ;)

I work in Durham but live in Yorkshire. Normally I am only around for about 2 nights a week so the rest of the time the place is yours. Currently due to hybrid working, I am not there at all or only very occasionally.

What is offered:
Large double bedroom,
Exclusive use of own bathroom.
Large shared living room and kitchen (with equipment).
Electricity and Internet included in the rent.
Cycle Storage available in lower ground floor.

Parking is available at extra cost in the adjacent (Walkergate) car park - for residents this is discounted. Alternatively If I am not staying regularly (as now) you can rent my space in the basement of the Apartments.

Short term visitors are very welcome, however for couples staying permanently there is a small increase in the rent for the room to cover additional costs.

All bills are included apart from Council Tax
