I'm looking for a new housemate for the house I own (but no longer live in) in Durham.

It's a lovely terraced house, on a quiet street in Gilesgate, within 20 mins walk of the city centre and with frequent bus services to town.

The bedrooms are all of a good size and are fully furnished including a desk and storage space. All of the bedrooms have double beds. There is a fourth spare bedroom in the loft, for guests.

The room that is currently available is available from 8th December and is £450 p. c. m.

Bills not included. Estimated bills:

- Council Tax: Category A: £1404.35/yr for the whole house (shared three ways).

- Utilities (internet, energy, water): currently ~£60/mth per tenant (£180/mth total).

Modern kitchen. Combi boiler. Bathroom with separate shower. Downstairs toilet and utility room.

Garden and yard, with shed. Off-street parking to the back.

Close to many shops, restaurants, and pubs. Walking distances:
5 mins to huge Tesco Extra, Aldi, etc.,

20 mins to city centre,
