Small Double Room in Esh Village, Bills Incl.

Small double room available for rent in a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in the quiet village of Esh.

Esh is about 10-15 mins drive from Durham center and about 30 minutes from Sunderland and Newcastle, so it's close to all local amenities with nearby good transport links, but the location does have the charm of a quaint little village setting. The village has;
• 2 schools;
• a village hall;
• a church;
• and a pub (2 pubs if you are happy to walk about a mile to get to it, it does amazing food!)

A miles walk is Langley Park for the local shop, hairdressers, post office, Pharmacy, GP's and lots of other necessities so quite handy!

I have a small dog and a chinchilla so you must like animals. The dogs named Merlin and he is a Frug (French bulldog and pug cross), he’s very friendly and just over 3 years old. The chinchilla is named Zion, he’s very fluffy and welcomes nuts and raisins in exchange for fluffy cuddles! Although he is normally kept within his cage.

I own the house and will be living there so not only do you get a dog and a chinchilla as housemates but you get me too! I’m 30, bubbly, like a good chat and pretty easy to get on with. I have a busy lifestyle so are out at band practice or work regularly. If you like either films, music, gaming or all three then we will get on pretty well! I do like to have some alone time to recharge but more than happy to have a chat and get to know you to! Same as most people really!

You will have use of the living areas;
• Living room - fully equipped with latest tech;
• Kitchen – with cooker, dish washer, fridge/freezer, washer and tumble dryer etc;
• Bathroom - with over bath shower; and
• Garden space.

Your room's a small double. Currently there is a double bed, chair, chest of drawers and clothes rack in the room which does take up most of the room but it is warm and cosy, modern and plain in decor.
