I have a lovely spacious house which has a number of rooms available and has always been well maintained - I also live not too far away so if there were issues then I will be available to sort it out in a timely manner.

This house has a perfect location as it is less than 100m from 3 pubs, some shops (including a small Sainsbury's) and some takeaways (GREGGS woo)! The bus stops are within the same proximity and can get you to campus and the City Centre within less than 15 minutes. Buses into Newcastle also run every 15-20 minutes.

This house is very spacious with plenty of shared space for you to chill with your friends or to just get out of your room! With a large living room and a separate large dining room leading into the kitchen area, you won't be short of space to spend time when you're not studying.

Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with a shared bathroom (well, shower room) next door. There is also the living room, kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary equipment for a house - don't worry about needing to buy/bring plates and bowls etc. as I've provided them for you! There's a fridge-freezer, cooker with a hob, a toaster and a microwave. There is also a washing machine and I have provided clothes horses for you to be able to dry your clothes. The small garden is lovely in the summer (ideal for BBQs) and has an outhouse in it that can be used to store a bike.

Going upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom (with a shower in the bath). 2 of the rooms have small-double beds and 2 are big rooms with standard double beds. Every bedroom has its own lock so that your possessions are safe, as well as having a desk, a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Rooms are between £300-£350 depending on size, which works out at a maximum of £80.77 per week.

Not included in price is gas and electricity - on average this is around £50 p/m for the whole house but this will need to be organised with the other housemates. Already provided is broadband (WiFi), council tax and water.

As this property is rented out by individual rooms, respect is paramount for each other and therefore all communal areas need to be kept clean and tidy. There are 3 rooms available of which 2 are large rooms with double beds and 1 is a room with a small-double bed.
