We are offering accommodation comprising of:

YOUR OWN Lounge & Bedroom with YOUR OWN Bathroom & OWN small Kitchen in our detached Victorian house.

This is all on the first floor.

You will have your own double bedroom, en-suite personal toilet/bathroom with shower, your own lounge and small kitchen area with personal fridge, sink, cooker, microwave and washing machine. All furnished as in the attached photographs. None of this is shared except for the front door access and stairs. Basically your own all-inclusive flat!

We are within walking distance of all areas of Hartlepool and there is off street parking and wireless broadband if required. The weekly rent of £99.00 for a single person and is fully inclusive of all bills. Double occupancy can be at an increased negotiable rate. This is for a minimum stay of three months. Shorter stays may be negotiable at a higher rental.

We are quiet, easy going and not party animals and would expect house mates to have a similar mature attitude.
