Room with lovely views to rent in Durham

I am looking for a friendly and considerate lodger to share my home with me and one other housemate in Langley Moor, Durham. I am a full-time PhD student (studying music) at Durham Uni and am ideally looking for another female postgraduate student as a house mate. (A professional person would also be welcome, but please note that council tax is not included in the rent).
I have a large room with a beautiful view of crop fields to rent at £420 per month, all utility bills and internet included. The room is more than large enough to fit a double bed, but I have only a single bed in there at the moment, so there is a lot of floor space. The house also has a garden, recently modernised kitchen and bathroom and shared living room. It's very peaceful and quiet and we are very tidy and homely housemates.
The house is walking distance from the university (about 35-40 mins) and there is also a regular bus which stops just a short way from the house. There is a large Tesco 4 mins walk away (and a Lidl just 6 mins away) on Langley Moor High Street, as well as Durham Health Food shop and several coffee shops and charity shops. I'm also right next to a lovely public park.
People with dietary requirements welcome! I am a coeliac and vegetarian, and my current housemate is vegan :)
