It’s a modern 2-bed house with top-spec furnishings, located in a quiet development just outside Durham. The house comes with two off-street parking spaces, a conservatory, and beautiful décor. It’s fully furnished and ready to move in.
• Rent: £950/month for the whole house (£475 each), excluding bills (Fibre broadband and TV licence are included from the landlord)

The house is 1.5 miles from Neville’s Cross and about 2 miles from Durham University’s Business School and Science Site. There are great local amenities nearby, including Lidl and Tesco (both 5-6 minutes on foot), and a bus stop with direct routes to Durham and Newcastle.
• Looking For:
A clean, quiet student to share with me – I’m a 3rd year CS student. Ideally, someone who values a tidy, peaceful environment.
The house is super warm with gas central heating and separate thermostats for each floor, so it’s very energy efficient. Tax Band B (no tax if student like me)
