Double room available in Newton Aycliffe

I have available for rent a double room, furnished, within my 3 bedroom house close to Newton Aycliffe Town Centre. Easy access to A1, train station 15 minute walk away and around the same distance to the industrial estate on foot.
All bills are included in the rent of £80 per week, or £340 monthly and I also ask a "bond" of £160 when you move in, this will be returned on leaving subject to condition of room when you leave and that 2 weeks notice is given prior to leaving date. There is a TV in the room with the free sky channels, double bed with bedding, fitted wardrobes with drawers and the room has it's own key.
I consider myself a live in landlord but to be fair I rarely stay there myself. There is nobody else living in the property at this time.
There is unlimited broadband for you to make use of and you have the run of the whole house, use anything that is there, washing machine, fridge freezer, living room, all I ask is that you keep it clean and tidy and look after everything. The bathroom is a shared one. There is a decent sized garden to the back which is maintained monthly.
I have no preference on gender but someone that is working full time and I have no minimum or maximum time for you to be there so long term is fine, the minimum age considered is 30. As I previously noted, I only drop in from time, staying over rarely asI live and work out of town.
