Double room available in Newton Aycliffe

I have available for rent a double room, furnished, within my 3 bedroom house close to Newton Aycliffe Town Centre (from9th March 2020).
All bills are included in the rent of £75per week, or £325 monthly and I also ask a "bond" of £150 when you move in, this will be returned on leaving subject to condition of room when you leave and that 2 weeks notice is given prior to leaving date. There is a TV in the room with the free sky channels, double bed with bedding, fitted wardrobes with drawers and the room has it's own key.
I consider myself a live in landlord but to be fair I rarely stay there myself. There is 1 professional male living in the property at this time.
There is unlimited fibre optic broadband supplied by BT for you to make use of and you have the run of the whole house, use anything that is there, washing machine, fridge freezer, living room, BT TV.. all I ask is that you keep it clean and tidy and look after everything. The bathroom is a shared one. There is a decent sized garden to the back which is maintained monthly.
I have no preference on gender but someone that is working full time and I have no minimum or maximum time for you to be there so long term is fine, the minimum age considered is 25. As I previously noted, I only drop in from time `asI live and work out of town.
