This property is a 7 minute drive from Durham City, there is a bus stop at the top of the road and there are other numerous transport links to Sunderland and Newcastle.

Ideally located in the village of Sacriston. I have lived in this village for 7 years and it is super quiet, especially where the property is located. It is a brand new housing development in the village.

I stay at the property now and again for work but you will have the house to yourself quite a bit.

You will have use of the full house other than my room.

Your room will be the king size en-suite room at the front of the house. With access to another communal bathroom with bath if you want to use it.

There is plenty of storage within the property and all the amenities you could need.
