Double room.. 415cm x 275cm. 13.5ft x 9ft. Large double room with double bed, a double sofa, wardrobe, desk, two south facing windows.

*Includes gas, electric and water (subject to fair use), council tax, broadband.

Bedrooms are on the first floor, as is the bathroom.

Tidy and quiet room in good neighbourhood.

On bus route. Walking distance to big supermarkets / main shops in town centre.

The house and neighbourhood is a quiet one so this won't be suited to party animals or super loud people (nothing wrong with being an extrovert just I'm not, and you'd probably enjoy it more being in a party place / home-which my home isn't). I try to look after the planet as much as I can and it's my personal preference to recycle amongst other things including not being wasteful of the planets resources and would ask that my housemate would be similar in this thought, or at least be willing to consider recycling. There is a separate wheelie bin for recyclables and a separate one for general non recycle-able waste so there's really no excuse not to recycle in my opinion. If you have reasons not to recycle I'd be interested to hear them.

I'm looking for a housemate that I will come to consider a friend too. Looking for a non smoking housemate (like me).

Nice modern kitchen with seating area. Shared bathroom (please know I am fussy about keeping this clean).

Rent for room is per month on long term rent payable 2 monthly in advance (non negotiable).

Short term lets also considered and price to be discussed depending on your length of stay e. g. 1-7 nights stay will vary from a 3 months stay.

I can be quite shy until I get to know you. I enjoy museums, reading, horse riding, and caring for the planet and environment where I can.
