I’m work part time locally . I have 2 spare rooms, largish house , you could mainly have use of 1 bathroom and also s a dining room which could be partly used also as a second sitting room, largish garden, to share and an outside shed fir any smokers, rooms ready to go, would consider an adult with a child, business person, prices to be discussed, house is immaculate, but lived in, a good spot, no parking problems , and lovely views, thanku
