I am renting this 3 bedroom semi-detached house which is just 3 miles from Durham city centre where I work 5-6 days per week. The area is very quiet and peaceful and the neighbors are nice people. There is a good convenience store nearby and a bus stop over the road with regular buses to the City etc. Downstairs, the house has a large lounge with a sofa and TV and a small dining table. There are patio doors onto the back garden. Also there is a fully functional kitchen with a modern washing machine and there is a downstairs toilet off the entrance hall. The bathroom is at the top of the stairs with toilet, basin and a bath including a shower screen. The main bedroom at the front is available as I use the back bedroom. There is a small box room, part of which can be used for extra storage space when necessary. The whole house is clean, tidy and light and I am looking for someone who will help me to keep it that way. The rent covers use of the house, council tax, TV, Gas, Electric, Water & Internet, also use of my cooking and washing equipment etc. All you will need are your clothes, bedding and food. I leave the house mid-morning and don't get home till late usually so you wont see much of me most of the time probably. I can speak and understand English very well but I am always trying to improve myself so I hope you will teach me a few words sometimes. I hope to hear from you soon.
